Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the automotive services provided by Braham Platinum Services LLC (“Braham Platinum Services LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, requesting an appointment, submitting information, communicating with us, or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Braham Platinum Services LLC provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services at locations agreed upon with the customer.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oil changes
  • Tune-ups
  • Brake services
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Filter replacement
  • Wiper replacement
  • Light repairs
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Diagnostic and repair services
  • Fleet maintenance
  • Other automotive services agreed upon with the customer

Service availability depends on the vehicle, requested work, location, technician availability, required equipment, and safety conditions.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided before inspection or completion of work is an estimate unless specifically identified as a final price.

Additional problems may be discovered after inspection or during the performance of authorized work.

Braham Platinum Services LLC will seek customer authorization before performing additional chargeable work whenever reasonably practicable.

Parts, labor, diagnostic time, shop supplies, disposal fees, taxes, travel or mobile service charges, and other applicable charges may be included in the final invoice when applicable.

Customer Authorization

The customer represents that they:

  1. Own the vehicle or have authorization from the vehicle owner to request the service; and
  2. Have authority to authorize the requested work.

By approving work, the customer authorizes Braham Platinum Services LLC to perform the agreed-upon services.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle and requested service.

Customers must disclose known issues that may affect the safety of performing the requested work, including known mechanical problems, hazardous conditions, security systems, modifications, or other relevant conditions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that Braham Platinum Services LLC has safe and reasonable access to the vehicle.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Braham Platinum Services LLC is not responsible for damage, failures, or conditions that existed before service was performed.

Automotive components may fail independently of maintenance or repair work because of age, wear, corrosion, previous repairs, improper maintenance, accidents, modifications, manufacturing defects, or other causes.

Repairing one component does not necessarily correct unrelated problems elsewhere in the vehicle.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic services identify potential causes of a vehicle problem but do not necessarily guarantee that a particular component will resolve every symptom.

A diagnostic recommendation may change as additional information becomes available during inspection or repair.

Diagnostic fees may apply even if the customer chooses not to authorize subsequent repairs.

Parts

Parts may be new, remanufactured, rebuilt, aftermarket, or used depending on the service and customer authorization.

When applicable, parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty terms.

A parts warranty does not automatically cover additional labor, towing, consequential damage, or unrelated failures unless specifically stated in writing.

Service Warranty

Any warranty offered by Braham Platinum Services LLC will be stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, or written warranty document.

If no written warranty is provided, no additional warranty should be assumed beyond warranties or protections required by applicable law.

Warranty coverage may be denied where a failure results from misuse, continued operation after a warning or failure, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper repair by another party, or another unrelated cause, subject to applicable law.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, failure to provide access to the vehicle, or no-shows may result in cancellation of future appointments or a reasonable cancellation/no-show fee when disclosed to the customer before the appointment.

Any applicable fee will be communicated before being charged.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of service.

Braham Platinum Services LLC may require payment upon completion of service unless different payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.

Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts and any rights available under applicable law.

Vehicle Access and Security

Customers are responsible for providing necessary keys, access codes, or authorization required to access the vehicle.

Customers should remove valuable personal property from the vehicle before service.

Braham Platinum Services LLC is not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle unless responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Unsafe or Unreasonable Working Conditions

Braham Platinum Services LLC may refuse, postpone, or stop work when conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.

Examples may include:

  • Unsafe traffic conditions
  • Severe weather
  • Inadequate lighting
  • Unsafe parking locations
  • Hazardous materials
  • Aggressive animals
  • Threatening or abusive behavior
  • Unsafe vehicle conditions
  • Lack of safe working space

Customer safety and technician safety take priority over completing a scheduled appointment.

Customer Conduct

Customers must treat Braham Platinum Services LLC personnel professionally and respectfully.

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or violent behavior may result in termination of service and cancellation of future appointments.

Mobile Service Limitations

Mobile automotive service is performed outside of a traditional repair facility. Certain repairs may require equipment, environmental conditions, lifting equipment, alignment equipment, specialized tools, or shop facilities that are not reasonably available in a mobile environment.

When a repair cannot safely or properly be completed at the customer’s location, Braham Platinum Services LLC may recommend that the vehicle be transported to an appropriate repair facility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Braham Platinum Services LLC will not be responsible for losses arising from conditions outside our reasonable control, pre-existing vehicle conditions, unrelated mechanical failures, customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by another person or business.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right, protection, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Braham Platinum Services LLC first to attempt to resolve any service-related concern.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Braham Platinum Services LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
